Meat lovers might opt for the Biquet Menu which consists of Caesar salad, regional charcuteries, a piece of lamb and a selection of excellent cheeses to finish. The Nemo menu is ideal for fish and seafood fans and includes prawn salad, salmon and smoked halibut, pollack, and cheeses. Vegetarians will head to the Veggie formula featuring a creative salad of sweet and sour vegetables, eggs, avocado tartar, piquilos, and cheese. Children are not left out and a meal featuring everything they love has been designed just for them.
