Health and safety procedure
Compagnie Hôtelière de Bagatelle is fully mobilized to ensure the protection of our customers and members of our teams. We have implemented a very strict health and safety procedure which applies to each of our hotels reopening.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT, SAFETY DISTANCES IN THE HOTEL
- We have implemented the health and safety measures recommended by the National Public Health Agency.
- Each hotel has appointed a referent for the health protocol, guarantor of good practices.
- We respect barrier gestures throughout the hotel, as well as hygiene standards and safety distances, with markings on the ground at the reception.
- Our staff is equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
- Our staff are trained in these new measures.
- We provide you with hydroalcoholic gel and masks.
- Online check in is systematically offered to you before your stay: an email will be sent to you as soon as you have made your reservation, in order to reduce your time spent at reception to just a few seconds.
- Your invoice can be sent to you by email during your stay, for your verification, so that you can also reduce your time spent at reception at the end of the stay.
- We carry out a thorough and frequent cleaning of common areas and in particular handles, switches, elevator buttons, room keys, desks.
- All bedrooms and bathrooms are fully cleaned with disinfectant detergents between each client, and only on request during a client’s stay. The training of our cleaning teams has been reinforced.
- The cleaning material is changed between each room, in particular microfiber cloths and wipes.
- All linen and all the welcome products in the room are changed systematically between each client.
- Some objects have been removed from the rooms, including the cushions and plaids, however we are at your disposal to provide you with drinks on request.
- 4-star hotels: breakfast is offered in room service only.
- Le Roch Hôtel & Spa: breakfast can be served in the restaurant at the table (no buffet) or in room service, at the customer’s choice.
- A “half-board” offer, with the Bocaux du Bistrot, has been specially created in our 4-star hotels to allow you to take your meals in your room during this particular period.
- The honesty bars and bars of our 4-star hotels are closed as well as the wellness area of the Platine Hôtel. At the Vice Versa Hôtel, the hammam is only available by appointment and inaccessible to outside customers.
- Le Roch Hôtel & Spa: we respect a table spacing of 1 meter at Le Roch Restaurant. Waiters are fitted with white gloves, valet parking is not available. The restaurant menus are available in the form of loose sheets for single use.
Finally, we favor flexible booking and cancellation conditions.
