The Chess Hotel in Paris
Inaugurated in 2014 close to the Opera, this new and arty hotel showcases the inspired work of the interior designers Gilles and Boissier, devotees of beautiful materials and creators of original furniture.
It also houses the work of artist Alix Waline in the hotel entrance, Cyprien Chabert, who created a monumental mural and Victor Ash, a leading exponent of iconic street art.
Each room is decorated with exclusive photos of The Opéra de Paris dancers taken by the visual artist and photographer Pierre-Elie de Pibrac.
A haven of true luxury
The Chess Hotel is the ideal place for enjoying a relaxing interlude away from all the city’s commotion.
Its beautiful inner courtyard, the lounge designed around a charming fireplace, the exquisitely designed and comfortable rooms, the friendliness of its staff and the personalised services on offer; everything here is an invitation to relax in a cosy atmosphere.
An ideal location
Once you step out of the hotel, the rest of the beauty and diversity of Paris is wide open to your delighted contemplation.
Enjoying a very central location, The Chess Hotel is situated near the Opera, the department stores on the Boulevard Haussmann, La Madeleine church, the Stock Exchange, the Louvre, the Grands Boulevards, Pigalle, Montmartre, the Seine…and many more of the best sights and most popular areas of the capital!
